Account Deletion

This page explains how users can request deletion of their Ingodo account and what data is removed or retained.
How To Request Deletion
- Email us at contact@ingodoapp.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
- Include the phone number or email linked to your Ingodo account.
- We may contact you to verify ownership before deletion is processed.
Processing Timeline
- Verification response: usually within 7 business days.
- Deletion completion: typically within 30 days after verification.
What Will Be Deleted
- Your profile and account access credentials.
- Personal profile information and support history associated only with your account.
- In-app data that is not required for legal or financial compliance.
What May Be Retained
- Transaction and payment records required by law, tax, accounting, anti-fraud, or dispute obligations.
- Security logs needed to investigate abuse or protect platform integrity.
Retained records are kept only for the required legal period and then removed or anonymized.
