Account Deletion

This page explains how to delete an Ingodo account and what data is removed or retained.
Delete Your Account In The App
- Open Settings in the Ingodo app.
- Select Delete account.
- Review the information shown, enter your password, and confirm deletion.
Request Deletion Without The App
If you cannot access the app, email contact@ingodoapp.com with the subject Account Deletion Request and the phone number linked to your account. We will verify ownership before processing the request.
What Will Be Deleted
- Your Cognito sign-in account and Ingodo profile.
- Your profile photo and app access.
- Other personal in-app data that is not required for legal, financial, or security compliance.
What May Be Retained
- Ticketing, payment, transfer, sale, check-in, support, and security records needed for accounting, legal, anti-fraud, dispute-resolution, and service-integrity purposes.
Retained records are kept only for the required legal period and then removed or anonymized.
